A Mother's Love (for mother's day)

Once there was a home, built by a mother,
Made with love and protection for her precious daughter.
They shared secrets, stories and problems,
They didn't noticed the upcoming mayhem.

Her daughter is fine, her life was cool,
But everything has changed when she was fooled,
Temptation roamed around her like a killing beast,
Waiting for her to give in and join their feast.

The mother was worried, scared and lonely,
Because she felt like she was losing her baby,
Anger filled her heart, she was about to burst,
Her eyes full of tears, she is truly hurt.

The daughter is happy, she thought she was right,
She left her mother then she's out of sight.
She closed her eyes and embraced what's wrong,
She had forgotten where she came from.

A wall has been built between the mother and daughter,
Coldness filled the air like the breeze of winter,
Happiness is gone, rebellion is in the air,
"where is my daughter, she's so unfair."

As the days passed, reality strikes the girl,
Realizing that she was fooled, she ran faster.
She's following the path her mother had left her,
Now she is lost, love from her mom is what she hunger.

Finally she found the place that once she called her home,
Watching as the leaves fall on the house that looks like a dome,
She took her first step and knock at the door,
Tears flow on her cheeks, she can't hide it anymore.

The door swung open, her mother appeared,
Her face full of sadness but there is no fear,
"I forgive you my daughter from all of your sins,
stop crying, don't apologize, my baby come in."
